By downloading, installing, or using the Amoura mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

• Cross-platform synchronization of your conversations
• Customizable AI character personalities and preferences

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts
• We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts of underage users

3.2 Account Creation

5.3 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance through your app store
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified by your app store
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled through your app store
• Refunds are subject to your app store's refund policy

5.4 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available for new users
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime during trial period through your app store
• One trial per user account

6. Intellectual Property

• Amoura and all related trademarks are owned by us
• The App's design, functionality, and content are protected by copyright
• AI models, algorithms, and character personalities are proprietary technology
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile the App

• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• We may use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI models
• You can export your conversation history at any time
• You are responsible for the content you share in conversations
